We regularly design individual 'one-off' houses for Private Clients, usually, though not always, on rural sites.

Each house design is unique, responding to the Clients desires, lifestyle and interests on the one hand, and the features of their site on the other - Sunlight, Views, Privacy, House - Garden relationship. No two Clients are the same, nor are any two sites.

We usually design all aspects of the house, including internal features - staircase, kitchen, bathroom, lighting, floor finishes, fireplace, built-in furniture, etc. We normally work on these projects from start to finish - the blank page to handover of the completed House by the builder.
